Passengers beware.."

The "WORLD DISCOVERER" found rather more in April 2000 than her name suggests....

1) Don't take a large, VERY expensive cruise vessel up a river you don't know

2) Take up to date charts with you.

3) Remember, ships need water to float on....
...and here is a view of the aft. Probably the last view that the passengers had of her, as they were ferried away on a rescue vessel...... !
Perhaps it was advertised (as is the fashion these days) as a "Cruise to nowhere". O how true, in this case...
